Between our Springdale Farms CSA share, the enticement of bountiful tables at the SCIO Farmer's Market, and our lovely, generous customers, the ladies of Relish are already enjoying heaps of tomatoes. But if you're on the hunt for ideas on how to use your tomatoes while they're still fresh, consider taking our "Totally Tomatoes" cooking class! We'll show you how to make a variety of dishes that give tomatoes center stage, including Greek Tomato Fritters and a luscious Tomato Ricotta Tarte.
