In this hands-on cooking class, you will be introduced to the simple basics of a traditional Indian meal. You will also learn how spices are used to enhance flavor and improve health and wellness. This party-style class allows you to take turns enjoying the cooking process as well as enjoying the food together with a family-style dinner.
