Relish is proud to partner with local PCRM instructor Elaine Jumes to bring the award-winning Food For Life program to Sheboygan. This series of classes provides excellent resources to learn how to use food and plant-based nutritional tools to reduce your weight and regain control of your gut health and blood pressure.

Understand how to prepare cancer-fighting meals loaded with antioxidants and phytochemicals, high-fiber and low-fat foods, and healthy dairy alternatives. The series also provides information on planning meals and maintaining a healthy weight. Enjoy cooking demonstrations and taste delicious, healthful dishes in a supportive group setting.

This series will be offered on 6 consecutive Thursdays this winter. By purchasing this series, you will have a seat reserved in each of the following classes:

  • Thursday, January 30th, 6:00-8:00pm: Introduction: How Foods Fight Cancer 

  • Thursday, February 6th, 6:00-8:00pm: Fueling Up on Low-Fat Foods

  • Thursday, February 13th, 6:00-8:00pm: Favoring Fiber
